Workforce Programme 2025/26 Planning Day with NHS England!

On 22nd October, representatives from the NHSBN Workforce Programme travelled to London to meet with NHS England. Together, they spent the day planning for the 2025/26 Workforce Programme.

The meeting focused on how NHSBN census data can support workforce recruitment, retention, and training. The teams reflected on the 2024/25 programme, lessons learnt, and feedback from the MHLDA Reference Group. They also looked ahead to technology developments and the desire for online reporting.
