We are pleased to share a case study from an organisation that provides comprehensive support services for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, alongside an Educational Psychology Service (EPS) focused on emotional well-being in schools.


What is the case study about?
While preparing the data submission for the Workforce Benchmarking for Health and Care Programme, the Workforce Lead uncovered critical gaps in understanding employee needs, in particular around disabilities within the team.

The case study explores how this issue was managed confidentially, whilst fostering an environment of safety and inclusivity! It highlights the importance the benchmarking exercise played in this process.
