Workforce Programme Development Day – 15th November

At the NHS Benchmarking Network, we firmly believe that an engaged and cohesive team is the key to delivering the best possible experience for our members, non-members, participants, and commissioners.

In November, the Workforce Programme Team came together for a dedicated Development Day. The focus was on education, research, exploration and team-building activities aimed at strengthening our ethos of collaboration and excellence.

 After a productive day of hard work, the team took on a different kind of challenge - an Escape Room adventure in Manchester!

We’re thrilled to share that not only did we rise to the occasion, but we also escaped!
